
Dr. Paige Parkinson Schmid grew up in Brunswick, Georgia, and earned her Bachelor of Animal Science degree at The University of Georgia.
She went on to attend Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, completed her clinical year at Auburn University, and graduated in 2007. From there, she did a small animal rotating internship at Affiliated Veterinary Specialists in Maitland, Florida. Afterward, Dr. Parkinson went on to practice in Ft. Myers for over 12 years.
Dr. Parkinson and her husband, Anthony Schmid have two children. Anthony is the director of golf at Hammock Bay Golf & Country Club. Paige enjoys walking and playing sports with her kids and spending time with family and friends. They have a 12-year-old black lab named Jordan.
